Do I need experience to start?
None at all. Every class is beginner-friendly. Just show up — we take care of the rest.
Comfortable, fitted activewear. Grip socks are recommended — grab a pair with us or bring your own.
Two to three times a week is ideal. Even once a week creates change — consistency beats intensity.
Yes. Pilates is widely recommended for rehab. Let your instructor know beforehand — they’ll adapt everything for you.
