About Gandharvi Coaching
What is Mind-Body Rewire Coaching ?
Mind-body rewire coaching recognises that lasting change does not come from thinking alone. Our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are deeply intertwined — and old patterns often live in the body, not just the mind. Through a blend of life coaching, somatic awareness, and energy practices, we help you identify and gently dissolve what is holding you back, creating change that actually sticks.
What is your coaching background and training?
My coaching practice is built on ICF (International Coaching Federation) methodology — the global standard for professional, ethical coaching. I am currently pursuing my ACC credential with the ICF, which reflects my commitment to continuous learning and professional rigour. Alongside this, my work integrates wellness, energy healing, and mind-body practices developed through years of dedicated study and personal practice.Â

Who is this experience for?
This experience is for you if any of the following feels true right now:
- You feel stuck, flat, or like you are going through the motions
- You are at a turning point — in your career, relationships, or sense of self — and do not know which way to go
- You are successful on the outside but quietly unfulfilled on the inside
- You keep repeating the same patterns and want to understand why
- You have big questions about who you are and what you actually want
- You are going through a transition — a loss, a change, a new chapter — and want support navigating it with intention
- You are tired of carrying it all alone and want a space that is entirely yours
You do not need to be in crisis. You do not need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to show up.
Why Coaching?
Why should I pay for this? Can't I just figure it out myself?
Think about how long you have been carrying the thing you want to change — months, maybe years. Now think about what staying stuck has already cost you: in energy, in decisions made from fear, in opportunities not taken, in the quiet weight of not feeling like yourself. Coaching is not an expense. It is a concentrated investment in shortening that gap. One shift in perspective, one pattern dissolved, one decision made from clarity instead of confusion — these ripple across every area of your life. The question is not really whether you can afford coaching. It is whether you can afford to keep waiting.
What makes coaching worth the price?
My coaching practice is built on ICF (International Coaching Federation) methodology — the global standard for professional, ethical coaching. I am currently pursuing my ACC credential with the ICF, which reflects my commitment to continuous learning and professional rigour. Alongside this, my work integrates wellness, energy healing, and mind-body practices developed through years of dedicated study and personal practice.
What role does my coach play — advisor, guide, or something else?
Think of your coach as two things at once: a thinking and exploration partner, and an accountability partner. As a thinking partner, I am here to help you slow down, go deeper, and see what you cannot yet see on your own — through questions, reflection, and honest presence. As an accountability partner, I hold the thread between sessions, help you stay honest with yourself, and gently notice when you are moving toward what matters — and when you are drifting. I will never tell you what to do. But I will be fully committed to helping you find your own answers and actually follow through on them.
Is this results-driven or more exploratory?
Both — and that is not a contradiction. Some sessions will be focused and forward-moving, with clear actions and tangible shifts. Others will be slower, more inward, more about understanding than doing. Real results rarely come from rushing. The exploratory moments are often where the most important breakthroughs live. What you can expect is that every session is purposeful — we are always moving toward something, even when it feels like we are simply sitting with something.
What results can I expect from coaching?
Results vary by person and programme, and I will never promise a specific outcome — that would not be honest, and it would not be coaching. What I can tell you is what clients consistently experience across the work:
- Greater clarity about what they actually want — often for the first time in years
- A quieter inner critic and more compassionate relationship with themselves
- The ability to make decisions from a grounded place rather than fear or habit
- Patterns they have been stuck in for years beginning to loosen and shift
- A stronger sense of identity, direction, and self-trust
- Reduced anxiety, stress, and the feeling of being overwhelmed
- More energy — because they are no longer spending it on things that do not serve them
- Feeling more present, more themselves, and more at ease in their own life
The depth of change depends on the depth of your engagement. Those who bring real honesty and willingness to the work tend to experience real, lasting shifts.
How is this different from regular coaching or just an ongoing chat?
A casual conversation with a friend or mentor can be helpful, but coaching is something distinct. It is not advice-giving, problem-solving on your behalf, or someone telling you what to do. ICF-based coaching is a structured, purposeful process built entirely around your agenda — using powerful questions, deep listening, and evidence-based techniques to help you access your own clarity and capacity. It also integrates mind-body awareness, which means we work below the surface level of talking about problems to create change at a deeper level. Every session has intention. Nothing here is accidental.
What if I've tried other coaching or personal development before and it didn't work?
That experience is worth bringing into the room — it tells us something important. A lot of coaching and personal development stays at the level of mindset and strategy, which helps to a point. But if the deeper pattern — the one running quietly underneath — has not been addressed, the new thinking does not hold. Gandharvi Coaching works at the level of the nervous system, the body, and the energy field alongside the mind. This is why people who have “tried everything” often find something genuinely different here. You are not broken, and you have not failed. You may simply not have had the right kind of support yet.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. Coaching is forward-focused — it works with where you are now and where you want to go. Unlike therapy, we do not diagnose, treat clinical conditions, or spend extended time processing the past. That said, our mind-body approach acknowledges that the past shapes the present, and we work with that gently when it is relevant. If therapeutic support feels more appropriate for your situation, I will say so honestly and can suggest referrals.
Sessions & Experience
What can I expect from a session?
Every session is one-on-one, entirely confidential, and built around what is alive for you that day. Here is what the experience generally feels like:
- You will be heard — fully, without interruption or judgment
- You will be asked questions that go deeper than you expected — not to challenge you, but to help you access what you already know
- You may be surprised by what surfaces — an insight, an emotion, a moment of clarity you were not expecting
- You will leave with something — a new perspective, a decision, an intention, or simply a sense of spaciousness you did not have before
Sessions typically run 60–90 minutes. There is no fixed agenda, no script, and no pressure to perform. Come as you are.
What if I don't have a clear question or decision to bring?
This is more common than you might think — and it is a completely valid place to start. You do not need to arrive with a perfectly formed question or a crisis to solve. Sometimes the most important work begins with “I just know something feels off” or “I don’t know what I want anymore.” That sense of vague unease or quiet longing is a doorway, not a problem. We will find the thread together. You just need to show up.
What happens between sessions — am I on my own?
Not entirely. Part of the value of coaching is what happens in the space between sessions — when insights land, when you notice a familiar pattern showing up, or when you choose differently in a real moment. I am available for brief check-ins between sessions if something significant comes up. You will also often leave sessions with a question to sit with or a small intention to notice — not homework, but something to keep the thread alive.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, all sessions are available online via video call. Many clients find that being in a familiar, comfortable space actually deepens the work. All you need is a quiet spot and a reliable connection.
Programmes and Commitment
What programmes do you offer?
There are three individual coaching programmes, depending on where you are and how much depth you are ready for.
🌿 Starter Engagement
4 sessions · 4 weeks
A focused entry point — ideal to experience coaching, work through one specific area, or explore whether this is the right fit.
Most Chosen
🌿 Core Transformation (Most Chosen)
8 sessions · 8 weeks
The heart of the work. Enough depth to go beyond surface shifts and create change that holds.
🌿 Extended Integration
12 + 1 sessions · 12–14 weeks
For deep, sustained transformation. The bonus session provides a reflective close to consolidate all that has shifted.
How do I know which programme is right for me?
We will talk through this together on your free discovery call — there is no pressure to decide before then. As a general guide: if you are new to coaching or want to explore a single focused area, Starter Engagement is a gentle, low-commitment beginning. If you are ready to go deeper into a significant life area or pattern, Core Transformation gives you the space and continuity to do that. If you know you are ready for something more sustained — a real reset, a significant life transition, or layered work across multiple areas — Extended Integration is where the deepest shifts tend to happen.
Do I need to commit to long-term coaching?
No. You can begin with the Starter Engagement — just 4 sessions over 4 weeks — and take it from there. That said, deeper and more lasting change tends to happen over a sustained period. Patterns that have been with you for years rarely dissolve in one conversation, and the weekly rhythm builds momentum that is hard to replicate in one-off sessions. We will discuss what feels right for you, and there is no pressure to decide anything before you are ready.
Can I upgrade from one programme to another?
Yes. Many clients begin with Starter Engagement to experience the work, then continue into Core Transformation once they feel the momentum.
Getting Started
How do I get started?
Start with a free 30-minute discovery call. It is a relaxed, no-obligation conversation where you can share what is on your mind, ask any questions, and get a feel for whether this is the right fit. You can book directly through the website or drop me a message. If it does not feel right, I will tell you — and I may be able to point you toward something that is.
